Cars Hi-Octane Edition - Beta Rustbucket Race 2... sort of

Description

So this is my attempt at restoring the beta version of Rustbucket Race #2, which if you've seen early preview images of, was supposed to be set during the day. I managed to restore the sky texture, and I was supposed to replace the moon texture with the sun texture, but for some reason it crashed the game when the race loaded so I just had to flat out remove it. The cars still use their headlights despite daylight, the lamps are still lit despite daylight, and in short, this is just a really bad attempt at restoring a beta element.
